All our diamonds are in the D–F color range with VVS–VS clarity. Standard pieces are not individually certified. For customized designs and center stones larger than 1.0 ct, we provide an IGI certificate upon request — reach out to info@commonlyrare.co before placing your order.

We use only 14k solid gold. 14k gold is an ideal balance between purity and durability. Compared with 18k gold, it is harder and more resistant to scratching, making it better for everyday wear.

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist and mark where it meets. Measure the paper length, then add 1–1.5 cm to find your ideal bracelet size.

Yes, with some variation by piece. For any resize or exchange request, contact us at service@commonlyrare.co within 10 days of delivery and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 10 days of your request, and please allow 2–3 weeks once we receive it.

• Standard rings: resizing is available for a USD$50 fee.
• Eternity bands: cannot be resized, but we offer a one-time size exchange. A ring sizer is included in your package so you can confirm your size before requesting an exchange. You may try the ring on to check the fit, but it must be returned in original condition (no visible wear or damage).
• Bracelets: shortening is USD$100. Lengthening pricing varies depending on the design and added materials — please contact us for a quotation.

Can I cancel my order? Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as most of our pieces are made to order and production begins shortly after confirmation. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders over USD$500 qualify for free shipping. For orders under USD$500, standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Yes, we ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

Warranty coverage: one free repair within 180 days of delivery for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Not covered by the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care or storage
• Changes or alterations made by third parties
• Lost, chipped, or damaged stones
• Misuse, abuse, or poor maintenance
• Damage from chemicals, extreme conditions, or impact
• Loss or theft once marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier
• Natural variations in stones or metals that are not defects

We release new pieces and limited drops periodically in small batches. Once a style sells out, it may or may not be restocked. To find out about upcoming drops and restocks, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter — we announce all releases and restocks there first.
